Gulf Harbour is a secure gated community, which is
one of the many reasons we enjoy living here. If you desire a tour of
our wonderful community, country club or available real estate, please call
one of the "resident" Realtors listed below, and every effort will be made
to meet you on short notice or by appointment. If the Realtor you call
is busy, please call another one on the list. Thank you.
Rules regarding Real Estate Sales within Gulf Harbour
- All Real Estate personnel must show a valid R.E.
License to obtain entry into Gulf Harbour.
- Real Estate personnel may sign out “Open House”
signs to be placed on Master Association property at either gatehouse on
the morning of the Open House.
- Open House hours are Saturday and Sunday from
10AM – 5PM.
- Signage within the individual communities is
regulated by each Community
- Individuals wishing to see property must show an
advertisement or have an address of the Open House.
- Owners are responsible to give their Realtor a
PIN number if they need to get inspectors, proposals, etc.
- Owners are responsible to coordinate with their
Realtors, access to view the home.
