Distribution of
Resident Lane Access Tags
1. All Marina Slip Owners are asked are asked to
fill-out a
NON-RESIDENT MARINA SLIP OWNER PRE-REGISTRATION FORM to obtain
security gate Access Tags. It should be returned via U.S. Mail to Suitor
& Associates. Slip Owners may receive up to two tags at this time.
You must have paid your $150 Access Fee to the Master Association to
be eligible for an Access Tag – the second tag will be $25.00 -
made out to Gulf Harbour Y&CC POA with your pre-registration form (check
or money order only – no cash or credit cards will be accepted.)
Renters will be notified when they will be eligible to purchase Access
Tags, so it is very important that you register your Renter with Suitor
& Associates or they will not receive notification. Keep in mind that
only owners and residents of Gulf Harbour will be eligible to receive
tags. Relatives, Vendors and others who do not own property in Gulf
Harbour or live in Gulf Harbour will not be able to purchase tags. They
will be required to use the Guest Lane and check in with a guard.
2. For security and readability issues, it
is necessary for Wackenhut and assigned personnel to place the tag on
your vehicle.
