New
Property Owners who are not yet in the Gate Access System will be given a
7 day pass if they can provide proof of ownership (i.e. copy of closing,
keys to unit) to the Wackenhut guards.

Within the
7 days, the Owner is responsible to make sure that a copy of the closing
has been sent to Suitor & Associates for processing.

Once the
closing paperwork is received by Suitor & Associates, the owners will be
entered into the Gate System within 72 hours. At that time Suitor &
Associates will send out the required forms to the owners should they wish
to purchase Access Tags for gate access.

To receive
an Access Tag, the new property owners must return the paperwork along
with payment to Suitor & Associates at least 72 hours prior to the next
scheduled Access Tag distribution date.

If an owner
does not wish to purchase an Access Tag, they may receive up to a 30 day
pass from the gate upon request but will have to enter Gulf Harbour
through the guest lane only.
