Notice To Tennis Teams - Whenever we host interclub tennis matches it is the responsibilty of tennis team to submit a copy of their match schedule to them so they guards are aware of when players from other clubs will be visiting Gulf Harbour.

The standard procedure for admitting Tennis playing visitors is for our guards to ask each visitor what club they are coming from and to verify that against your match schedule. Visitors are also required to present some form of picture-ID, and every vehicle that enters the community must display a pass issued at the gates. The guards need your match schedule in order to know what club is expected that day so they know who can be admitted. DON'T risk having your opponents turned away at the gates... either email your match schedule to Captain Fischetti at ghprivacy@earthlink.net or mark a copy to his attention and deliver it to either gate.
