If
you're a new home owner, just purchased a new car, a renter wanting to buy a
tag, or you still haven't had a chance to pickup an access tag, call Suitor &
Associates 437-0340 to make an appointment to get your tag. Your Vehicle(s) MUST be pre-registered.
Call ASAP as appointments will be limited.
Maximize Security In Your Absence

If you plan on being out of
town and would like to inform Wackenhut that your house will be empty,
please provide them with your
emergency contact information, please fill out the
Absentee Form
and return it to Suitor & Associates at least 5 days prior to the start
date of your absence.

All residents,
non-resident club
members,
non-resident marina slip owners
are asked
to register for Security Gate Access Tags via U.S. Mail to
Suitor Associates. Resident tags will cost $25.00 each, see the
Gate Procedures web
page for other tag prices.
Payments should be made
to Gulf Harbour Y&CC POA with your pre-registration form (check
or money order only).
The 3"x5" access tags are actually an small antennae with
a coded signal that identifies your vehicle(s). The tags are not to be
removed and maybe permanently damaged if you try to move them from one
vehicle to another. The code on the tag only identifies the vehicle it
is initially affixed to, therefore, tags should not be relocated or
tampered with for any reason. After the initial installation if a tag is
damaged, fails to work, you purchase a new car, or for any
reason needs to be replaced, it will cost $25.00 per tag. All
requests for new tags must be processed by Suitor & Associates 437-0340
Keep in mind that only owners and
residents of Gulf Harbour are eligible to receive access tags.
Relatives, vendors, and others who don't own property in Gulf Harbour,
or do not live in Gulf Harbour, will not be able to purchase tags.
They will be required to use the Guest Lane and check-in with the guard.
Renters can opt to purchase a tag that will only be active during their
rental period (you will need to provide Suitor & Associates with a copy
of your lease). Club members and boat slip owners that live outside the
community will be allowed to purchase gate access tags for $25.00 each
and need to fill-out a car registration form and send it to Suitor and
Associates for processing.
For
security and readability issues, it is necessary for Wackenhut and
community volunteers to place the tag on your vehicle. |
